Assessment of Content Knowledge Assessment
State Licensure Exam: Praxis II Content Test
The state of Louisiana requires the passing of a content knowledge test (e.g., Praxis II Content Test) as a condition of teacher certification. The undergraduate teacher education program at Louisiana Tech University requires the passing of this test prior to admission into the teacher candidate's final clinical practice (e.g., student teaching). The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) require passing scores for program admission.
