Today’s world of education is a magnificent place to explore, whether you reflect upon it with your mind, investigate it through authentic clinical experiences, or experience it through engaging physical activities. What makes the exploration even more exciting is the advent of digital and “smart” technologies and their integration into the culture of learning. Consider the possibilities. We can share ideas and images immediately, across vast distances or around the corner using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or whatever may be the communications media de jour. No matter the means of delivery, for those are evolving rapidly, we are in the information age. This is an age where understanding how to use information to enrich our minds and improve our bodies to become productive, fulfilled, and actively engaged leaders in our fields is of utmost importance.
