Louisiana Tech’s College of Education is collaborating with Coursera, the world’s leading online learning platform, to help the Louisiana Tech community attain knowledge and acquire new skills relevant to new educational and workforce challenges.

The pandemic has disrupted campuses worldwide, impacting students and faculty alike. This partnership is designed to serve students and communities during this crisis with free access to job-relevant learning and industry-backed credentials.

Through a grant to SciTEC from the LA GEAR UP program through the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (a program of the Louisiana Board of Regents) and the U.S. Department of Education, this resource is also being made available to LA GEAR UP high school students, parents, and teachers on a first-come, first-served basis.
