Dr. Bishop’s research interests are theoretical and computational molecular biology, with a particular emphasis in molecular modelling and molecular dynamics simulations of proteins and DNA. The current focus is on developing workflows and a scientific gateway for atomic and coarse-grained modeling of DNA, nucleosomes and chromatin.
